What If You’re Wrong About That?

Somewhere along the way, many of us inherited a belief that we have to choose. Choose between success or health. Passion or peace. Focus or freedom. For those with ADHD, the belief can sound even louder. “I can’t do more than one thing at a time. “If I focus on my business, my health will suffer. “I’m wired to fail at balance.”It’s not the ADHD that limits you, it’s the story you’ve been told (and maybe started telling yourself) about what it means.
And what if you’re wrong about that? That one question is a gentle sledgehammer to limitation. It cracks open what feels fixed. It loosens the grip of “either/or” and invites in the possibility of “both/and.” What if your brain isn’t a barrier, it’s your brilliance? What if you don’t have to choose between being in shape or being successful? What if the life you’ve been afraid to dream about is actually available to you when you stop arguing for your limitations?
We live in a world that teaches hustle, sacrifice, and shame around being “different.” But the difference is not a deficiency. It’s diversity. It's design. And it’s divine. When you let go of the need to do things the way others do them and start embracing the way you naturally operate, you begin to unlock a whole new rhythm. A way of showing up that doesn’t drain you, but energizes you. That doesn’t require choosing, but invites creating.
This isn’t about becoming superhuman. It’s about becoming deeply, wholly you.
And it starts with the smallest shift. Not a plan. Not a fix. Not a resolution. Just a question:
What if I’m wrong about what I can’t do? What if you’re already far more capable than you’ve given yourself credit for?
If you’re ready to rewrite your story, if part of you suspects there’s more available to you than what you’ve believed, I’d love to help you uncover it. Let’s explore what’s possible when you stop choosing between your dreams and start allowing them all.
Book a hypnotherapy session with me and let’s ask the question together: What if you’re wrong about that, and that’s the best news you’ve heard all year?
With belief in what’s next,
Leigh
