Meet Leigh

Master Certified Life Coach and Mindset Coach

Leigh Kubin has her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, is a Master Certified Professional Life Coach, and has been in the weight loss industry since 2010. She has assisted thousands of patients through their weight loss journey and has a passion for helping people through this very emotional and exciting time. Leigh is passionate about her patients, offering support, and encouragement, and enjoys facilitating behavior modification.

Leigh enjoys being an active member of the Cedar Park Community. She is an Ambassador for the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, she sits on the Cedar Park Library Foundation Board, and is the Committee Chair for the Books For Babies program.

When Leigh is not working and volunteering in the community, she stays busy with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Leigh and her husband also enjoy camping, kayaking, and activities such as Tough Mudders, half marathons, as well as travel adventures. Coaching with Leigh

Life Coaching can give you a new perspective and will allow you to reset some of the limiting beliefs you hold about yourself like what you are worthy of, what you can accomplish and what you can create. My focus started with weight loss and weight control, but what I have found is that the weight is just a symptom of a problem with balance in your life. You can create anything you want in life, but you have to do it with purpose.

Life Coaching

With 12 years of working with patients to help them get to their goal and maintain the new weight, I have found that their weight issues aren't necessarily about the food. The food represents something and often it is a coping mechanism, a distraction or even just a habit. Once they begin to realize their power to choose something that will help them get to and stay at a healthy weight, everything changes. They learn to deal with stress that comes and it doesn't have control of them anymore, they have the control. The most fascinating part of the process is that many people come to me for help with weight, and in working on the why, they realize they actually came to me to help them with their career, their relationships or even their self worth. As they correct many of the limiting beliefs and false beliefs about themselves, they find their healthy weight, but they also find themselves in the process.
