You Are Already Becoming

I recently had a beautiful session with someone who came in feeling stuck, frustrated with her weight, and overwhelmed by the pressure to "get it all right." She said something that hit me right in the heart: "It’s like I’m always trying to become this better version of myself, but I never get there."

What she didn’t realize was…She is already becoming.


So many of us believe that change is somewhere out in the distance, that we’ll finally feel proud of ourselves once we lose the weight, once we stick to the routine, and once we fix all the things we think are broken.


But what if the change isn’t “out there”? What if it’s already happening?

In our session, we used hypnosis to calm her mind, soften the fight within, and show her that she’s not starting from scratch. She’s already in motion. Every deep breath, every glass of water, every pause before an old habit—that is becoming. That is transformation.


The habits she wanted to break weren’t proof that she was failing. They were just old patterns. Patterns that once provided comfort or control, but now felt heavy and misaligned. And when we stop shaming ourselves and start choosing from love instead of punishment, something incredible happens:


We start listening to our bodies. We start nourishing instead of numbing. We start becoming… who we were always meant to be. There is no starting over. There is no “when I finally get there.”There’s only now. And now, you are already becoming.
