She Forgot Who She Was—Until She Didn’t

Somewhere in the middle of change, chaos, and holding it all together… we forget.
We forget that we’re strong. We forget that we’re resilient. We forget that we’ve made it through hard things before—and didn’t just survive, but rebuilt. We forget that the fire inside us didn’t go out. It just got quiet.
But here’s the truth: Just because you forgot who you are… doesn’t mean you’re lost. It just means it’s time to remember.
In a recent session, I worked with a woman who’d been doing all the things—showing up, working hard, navigating big life shifts. And still, she was starting to feel unsteady. Like her feet weren’t quite planted, like she was trying to hold everything together and losing pieces of herself in the process.
So we paused. We dropped in. We brought her back to her breath, her body, her truth.
We visualized a flame in her chest—steady, glowing, alive. We walked through the noise, the storm, the old stories—and we uncovered her fire.
She didn’t need fixing. She just needed reminding.
And maybe you do too.
Maybe life has felt loud lately. Maybe you’ve been pouring from an empty cup. Maybe you’ve lost track of the woman who used to walk into a room like she owned it.
But she’s still there. She hasn’t gone anywhere. She’s just been waiting for you to call her forward again.
In that session, we anchored strength. We rehearsed confidence. We locked in resilience. We didn’t build a new woman—we revealed the one who’s always been there.
And I want you to know:
You are not behind. You are not too late. You are not broken.
You’re becoming.
🔥 You are resilient.
🔥 You are focused.
🔥 You are fierce.
The version of you who leads with clarity and confidence isn’t a fantasy—it’s a memory. And she’s ready to rise.
XXOO,
Leigh
