I started my coaching career in 2010 with a focus in the weight loss industry. With a bachelor's in Psychology, I knew the correlation between the weight-loss struggles and an out-of-balance life.
What I found is that weight is usually a symptom of a deeper issue that can be corrected. A change in eating is needed, but a change in mindset and behavior are just as important.
I coach people who struggle with their weight and I coach people whose concerns don't involve weight at all.
My approach is focused on mindset. Because it doesn't matter what we are using as an excuse to keep from fully showing up in life - it only matters that we break through the excuses and finally live our life on purpose.
